Mosswart Armband (Elder) not accepted by collector

/reportbug claims the WCID is 44800, but it should be 31349. Mosswart Armband (Green). Originally looted from Dark Design along with WCID 41450 Mosswart Armband (Blue). The Blue one was accepted by the Holtburg Collector for XP.

The Holtburg and the Shoushi Collectors don't know what to do with the Green armband.
