Armor of Darkness Quest the 2nd gate key does not spawn in the chests (chest should have 9005 burden indicating which has the key), have to pop LP rare to complete quest.

VR Zefirs super resistant to lightning, which is supposed to be their weakness, my crossbow has rare zefir slayer crossbow and it only hits for 250 with imp, retail would hit for 500+ without zefir slayer property

Ragers rarely spawn on the ground, found 0 this past task, I've never climbed the ramps to get kill tasks, it takes me 10+ trips to complete a Rager task

While doing the Monouga Feeding Pits/Laboratory quests, the big monouga seems to be spawning in the feeding pit even if you do not ring the bell to summon it from the laboratory. This has been the case when doing both the 80+ and 120+ versions of these quests. The big monouga is not there right away, but is there by the time you run down to the bottom of the dungeon.

The Monouga Feeding Pits/Laboratory quests are listed as "Needs Review" on the Status of Content page so this may be a known issue.

Re-rolled a Missile Character to something else. Tried to apply Ivory to Composite Bow and it won't apply it.

There is an error message at the top of the screen (is it requiring missile weapons trained to apply?) and also a message in the chat which says the item has already had ivory applied.
